Breathwork facilitator training and initiation

Join the exciting and fulfilling world of breathwork facilitating!

Our 2 month breathwork initiation and facilitating course consists of 3 weekends of training across 2 months of daily breathwork initiation.

To fully understand what you are introducing your clients to, we firmly believe that you must first go through an extensive course of breathwork yourself. This consists of at least 1 hour per day of breathwork for at least 60 days, during which you will undergo a deep spiritual transformation, and emerge ready to guide others through their healing journey.

Over the weekends that we meet, you will be learning about the unique breathwork techniques & tools we use, and how to safely and conscientiously hold sessions of your own. You will be given practical exercises to undertake in workshops, and learn how to safely and effectively hold space for others.

The cost of the course is £888 p.p. and courses are held regularly.
