Breath and Sound
In collaboration with Deevarla Healing, we have created an evening of breathwork and soundbath that, when combined, took the group into deep meditation.
Breath and Drum
In collaboration with a local shaman, we took the group on a journey into the heart space and connected with ancient ancestors.
Breath and Plunge
In association with Recovery Float Leeds/ Bradford (highly recommended!) I take groups through connected breath and cold water immersion, training mind over body and helping participants heal from within.
Regular collaborations with The Zenergy Centre, Cleckheaton
Breathonaughts
A special group in which the participants breathe for 2 hours instead of 1, deepening their connection to the divine and experiencing deeper transformation.
Special groups sessions are advertised periodically, in the Whatsapp community (see the 'contact' section of this website). We are constantly offering interesting and beneficial sessions/ courses/ collaborations!
Breathsaver cards
Breathsaver cards are available for regular visitors to group sessions. Pay for 10 sessions and get two absolutely free!
