The first session - tying to let go of the monkey mind with Darren's guidance. I soon let go of this and in the second session I had a massive release where I just shouted. I don't know where it came from. Wow - I felt so much lighter!

Since then the sessions have been beautiful, with the connection to my heart centre and I've been left feeling full of self-love and healing. Some session in-between where I've had releases, I have coughed, burped and tunefully yawned.

"Breathwork classes have been transformative for me in ways I didn’t expect.
Having carried trauma since childhood from an abusive parent, I’ve struggled with feelings of anger toward my other parent, who I know was also trapped in fear. These emotions have haunted me into adulthood, manifesting as night terrors and a lingering sense of unease.
The first 5 times, in all honestly were hard; facing my demons, and fighting to gain my own control. People in the group, after these sessions, described their experience as powerful, enlightening and beautiful. I, however, struggled to get beyond my own past fears, but with Darren's help, I set myself intentions and my own personal boundaries. The next class was a sublime, peaceful and the feeling of being trapped was released.
