How do I get there?

The only thing not included is your flights. The flights are from Leeds/ Bradford to Limoges, and are still really cheap/ available.

Please make sure you are booked on these specific flights, as the airport is over 2 hours' drive away and we will be transferring you to/ from the airport. If you do not book on these flights, travel to/ from the event from the airport is your responsibility.

What do I need to bring?

Comfortable clothing for yoga and breathwork sessions.

Swimwear for cold water therapy and wild swimming.

Waterproof clothing and walking shoes/ boots.

A journal for reflection and insights.

A water bottle.

A smile, an open heart and a willingness to get involved!

Do I have to do all the activities?

You can choose to do as many or as few activities as you wish, but we encourage you to at least try everything once.

What about the food/ drink?

All the food is organic and cooked fresh in-house. Please contact us if you have any special dietary requirements.

You will be served three meal per day.

There will be no alcohol at this retreat.

Why different prices?

There are different types of accommodation to choose from*:

Beautiful glamping-style bell tents, that look like a fairy tale bedroom.

£669 p.p.

Beautiful yet petite bedrooms in the main house, with a shared bathroom.

£777 p.p.

Beautiful and large bedrooms, with en-suite bathroom.

£888 p.p.

Prices based on two people sharing.

All the activities and the wonderful food are the same at every price-level!

Where/ how do I pay?

You can pay in full, or a 30% (non-returnable) deposit immediately to secure your place. If you are paying a deposit and instalments, please use your surname in the notes with each payment.

The full amount must be paid no later than the21st August 2025.
