Why two different prices?

￡996 per person is for Retreat with a large double room w/ en suite bathroom.

￡888 per person is for Retreat with a small double room w/ shared bathroom.

All rooms are doubles, however we have a single person supplement.

If you'd prefer to have a double room to yourself, pricing is as follows:

￡1200 per person is for Retreat with a large double room w/ en suite bathroom.

￡1050 per person is for Retreat with a small double room w/ shared bathroom.

How do I get there?

The only thing not included is your flights. The flights are from Manchester to Limoges, and are still really cheap/ available.

Please make sure you are booked on these specific flights, as the airport is over 2 hours' drive away and one of the owners of Moulin de Latreille will be transferring you to/ from the airport. If you do not book on these flights, travel to/ from the event from the airport is your responsibility.

What do I need to bring?

Comfortable clothing for yoga/pilates and breathwork sessions.

Swimwear for cold water therapy and wild swimming.

Waterproof clothing and walking shoes/ boots for nature walks.

A journal for reflection and insights.

A water bottle.

A smile and a willingness to get involved!

Do I have to do all the activities?

You can choose to do as many or as few activities as you wish, but we encourage you to at least try everything once.

What about the food/ drink?

All the food is vegetarian, and cooked fresh in-house. Please contact us if you have any special dietary requirements.

You will be served two meals each full day, and there will be drinks and healthy snacks on hand also.

There will be no alcohol at this retreat.

Where/ how do I pay?

You can pay in full or a 30% (non-returnable) deposit immediately to secure your place. If you are paying a deposit and instalments, please send me a message with each payment made and I will keep an account of them.
